This page provides the controls currently available on the MingleTrivia website. MingleTrivia uses PostHog for pseudonymous product analytics on this website and in the app; the website sets no analytics cookie and stores no persistent analytics identifier, and the app uses a random per-install ID that is not linked to your name or email. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
PostHog product analytics. The website and the MingleTrivia app use PostHog, a US-based analytics service, to understand pseudonymous product usage such as which pages or screens are viewed and which features are used. On the website, PostHog runs with memory-only persistence: it sets no cookie and stores no identifier that survives closing or reloading the tab. IP addresses are anonymized and session recording is off. We honor your browser's Do Not Track setting and Global Privacy Control signal automatically. Website storage
Necessary storage only. The site keeps one browser-local acknowledgment so it does not repeatedly show its storage notice, plus the explicit analytics consent/opt-out choice above. Browser play also stores your name, random identifiers, room code, reconnect credential and pending game actions to restore your seat. Open the browser player and tap Leave game or Forget saved seat, or clear this site’s browser data, to remove the saved seat. Resetting the notice below does not remove a saved game seat. The sign-up forms also use Google reCAPTCHA, which may set a security cookie once you start filling in a form. See the Cookie Policy.

Email and data requests
To unsubscribe from product email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email support@mingletrivia.com. To access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of information, use the request options on Your Privacy Rights or email privacy@mingletrivia.com.
In the iOS app
The app does not require a MingleTrivia account. You can decline optional camera and notification permissions through iOS and may manage an Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. The app also uses PostHog for pseudonymous product analytics; optional analytics and diagnostics stay off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off anytime, and use "Delete my data on this device", in Settings > Your Privacy Choices. Deleting the app removes its local app storage from the device. For information that we control through the waitlist, relay, support, or other server services, make a request using the contact methods above.
