Your Privacy Rights
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This page explains how to exercise privacy choices available under our Privacy Policy. It is a request guide, not a replacement for the policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Fastest route: email privacy@mingletrivia.com from the address used for the waitlist or support request. Tell us which right you want to exercise.
Requests you can make
| Request | What to send | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Access or portability | Request a copy of my data | We will confirm the request, verify it where needed, and provide the information we are required to provide. |
| Correction | Request correction | Tell us what information is inaccurate and the corrected value. You can also change a game display name when you start a new game. |
| Deletion | Request deletion | We will delete applicable waitlist/support information and other information we control, subject to legal, security, and transaction-retention obligations. |
| Marketing opt-out | Stop product emails | You can also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send messages needed to respond to a request or handle a purchase. |
| Restrict or object | Explain your request | Where applicable law provides this right, we will consider the request and explain the outcome. |
What to include
Please include your name, the email address connected to the waitlist or your message to us, the request type, and enough detail to identify the information. For a game-related request, include the display name and approximate date/time of the game if you know them. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive information that is not necessary for verification.
Verification and timing
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the person making the request. California residents may use an authorized agent where permitted, subject to verification of authority. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law: for example, California law generally allows 45 days (with an extension when permitted), and GDPR requests are generally addressed within one month (with an extension when permitted). If a request cannot be completed, we will explain why when required.
California and other regional rights
California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale/share opt-out to action on this website. People in the EEA, UK, and other regions may have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.
